Hello and welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

My doula journey
I did my doula training in 2025 with Developing Doulas, but my passion for birth work and postpartum care began long before that. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been interested in how different cultures approach pregnancy, birth, and motherhood — especially the deep sense of community and care that surrounds new parents in many traditional settings.
I’m very fortunate to be supported by a wonderful mentor — Zara — whose wisdom and guidance continues to shape my practice and deepen my understanding of this meaningful work. As I’m currently working as a mentored doula, you’ll also benefit from her wisdom and experience.
My background and interests
I grew up in Hong Kong with a Malaysian mother and a British father, an experience that gave me a deep appreciation for the many ways different cultures approach pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
I’m inspired by many postpartum traditions — rituals that honour rest, nourishment and connection and ease the transition to parenthood. These cultural values of gentle care, collective support, and respect for recovery continue to shape the way I work as a doula today.
In addition to my doula training, I’m also a certified yoga teacher. I love helping clients stay active and connected to their bodies throughout pregnancy, and I bring a calm, mindful approach to both movement and birth preparation. You can also find me sea-swimming, patiently waiting for my sourdough starter to rise, or frantically crocheting baby blankets for all my friends!
My goal as a doula
My goal as a doula is to offer grounded, inclusive, and compassionate support — blending evidence-based knowledge with cultural wisdom — so you can feel informed, confident, and cared for at every stage of your journey into parenthood.
