Services

Every birth is unique — and so is the support that’s needed. As a doula, my role is to provide you and your growing family with compassion, knowledge, and support. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, I’m here to help you feel confident, cared for, and empowered throughout your journey.

Below are the doula services I currently offer. If you’re not sure which option is right for you, I’m happy to have a chat so we can connect and explore your needs together.

Birth Doula Support

Personalised care before, during, and after birth

I offer this service as a mentored doula. The birth doula support package aims to provide you with continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your pregnancy and birth.

Over a series of sessions, I’ll take the time to get to know you and your hopes for birth. We’ll explore your preferences, share resources, and prepare in a way that feels personal to you and your family. I’ll be there to advocate for your needs and help you feel grounded, in pregnancy and through labour itself.

I will work with you to create a birth plan that reflects your values and preferences, and I remain by your side from active labor until your baby is safely in your arms.

I also work with an IBCLC lactation consultant and can offer a free Breastfeeding Preparation session with over Zoom. This is recommended from 34 weeks onwards.

Includes:

  • Three prenatal visits
  • Birth plan assistance
  • Free Preparing for Breastfeeding session with IBCLC (Zoom)
  • Ongoing text/email throughout your pregnancy
  • 24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks
  • Continuous support during labour and birth (at home or in hospital/birthing centre)
  • Birth debrief and closing visit

Postpartum Doula Support

Gentle guidance and care in the early weeks after birth

I offer this service as a mentored doula.

The postpartum period is often full of big emotions, new routines, and questions. I offer non-judgmental support to help you rest, recover, and bond with your baby — while making sure you feel supported, too.

I will draw on my roots — growing up in Hong Kong with Malay heritage — where traditional practices around nourishment and deep rest after birth are cherished. These values guide the way I care for mothers and families, reminding us that postpartum recovery is just as important as birth itself. From comforting, nourishing meals to practical guidance, I aim to nurture body and mind so you feel supported and restored.

In-home support is available for a minimum 3 hour block in Brighton & Hove or a 4 hour block beyond the Brighton & Hove area

Includes:

  • Nourishing Asian-inspired meals
  • Light household support
  • Caring for your baby while you rest
  • Newborn care education
  • Breast/chestfeeding and bottle-feeding guidance
  • Emotional support
  • Referrals to other specialist support or services as needed

Price: £25p/h for 12 hour blocks
